Hopefully I can adequately explain through a post, which can be difficult to articulate at the risk of writing a book. When I had to email on the status of my order over a period of months (when the orginal understanding was that it would take days for an order to be filled) and he periodically responded merely providing short uncertain answers- It was I that stayed in contact, not he. Contact was never initiated by him at any point to give me a status. There is a difference when all contact is unilateral by the buyer. Keep in mind, up through November, he had advised that he had gotten a bad shipment of bulbs from the supplier. Either he would get a new shipment or new supplier. I was never told which occurred. I actually only sporadically inquired from November through the new year (wife had a baby). I then saw his group buy on the site in February and I asked again about my order. It was lost this time. I had to remind him and forward the emails. In March after going over the order again, the bulbs received were the wrong bulbs. I returned them. He gave me a break on the switch conversion, so I sent an excellent switch out. I got shorted the bulbs and substituted a sub par switch cover, though the casing was mine, since it had my initials on the back. I then emailed without response. My patience was tried. I then posted here. I am now hopeful it will be corrected.
